Location: Ontario, CA (91761)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Work Setting: In-Home / Home-Based (not a center-based role)

Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience and education)

Position Overview

We are hiring a part-time Behavior Therapist in Ontario, CA (91761) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism during afternoon and early evening hours.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in childcare, education, psychology, or behavioral health, or those looking to gain experience in the ABA field.

As a Home-Based Behavior Therapist at Accel Therapies, you’ll:

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
A High school diploma or GED
Consistent availability is required; schedules are built around these hours: Monday–Friday from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive between client homes
Reliable, professional, and able to follow direction
Experience working with children (babysitting, daycare, teaching, paraprofessional, etc.)
Experience in ABA or behavioral therapy (preferred)
Background in psychology, education, or a related field (a plus!)
