About the Role

At Accel Therapies, we specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other therapies. We provide evidence-based programs for children with autism and other developmental needs in a positive, family-oriented environment.

As an Associate Program Supervisor, you’ll split your time between providing direct ABA services to clients and supporting BCBAs and Program Supervisors with treatment planning, supervision, and staff development. You’ll be a mentor, coach, and hands-on team member helping ensure our clients receive the highest-quality care.

You’ll:

  • Provide direct ABA services to clients, similar to a Behavior Technician role
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and Program Supervisors to design, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment programs
  • Supervise, coach, and provide ongoing training for Behavior Technicians
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth of staff
  • Participate in clinical team meetings to share insights and strategies for challenging cases
  • Develop engaging, client-centered activities aligned with treatment goals

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field OR currently pursuing a Master’s
  • 2+ years of experience in ABA therapy
  • Proven team leadership skills and ability to foster a positive, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of ABA ethics and industry standards
  • Creativity in developing engaging client programs
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
