At Accel Therapies, we’re looking for passionate ABA professionals who are ready to take the next step in their clinical journey. This role is designed for individuals currently enrolled in or who have completed a Master’s program in ABA or a related field and are pursuing growth toward BCBA-level leadership.
As a Program Supervisor, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while working alongside experienced BCBAs to create meaningful change for children and families. You’ll mentor Behavior Therapists, support individualized treatment programs, and continue building the clinical and supervisory skills needed for long-term success in the field.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with BCBAs to implement and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
- Monitor client progress and support data-driven treatment modifications
- Conduct assessments and assist with behavior intervention planning
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of 4–6 Behavior Technicians
- Provide performance feedback and support staff development
- Lead engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with client goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reporting
- Partner closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client success
- Currently enrolled in or have completed a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active pursuit of BCBA certification
- 2+ years of ABA experience preferred
- Experience supervising or mentoring staff
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Passion for clinical growth, mentorship, and client-centered care
- Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred
